The Westbeach Heritage Project celebrates Westbeach's 30th Anniversary and will feature a number of online releases, reissue product, grassroots events and is building up to a fall 2009 book release by Dano Pendygrasse about the brand's involvement and influence in Canadian snowboarding.

Episode One follows Curtis Ciszek and friends around the Oregon backcountry.

The 2nd Annual Westbeach Chinese Downhill took place on Feb 24th 2009 with over 80 riders in attendance. The race conditions were soft and the competition tough with underdog Josh Lappo beating out favoured riders for a winning time of 8:32. Josh took home $500 cash and a Westbeach Texas mickey. Keep your ear to the ground for another Westbeach event to be announced through the grapevine before seasons...

FOOTLOOSEToday Nick and I headed up to Boreal and ended up judging the Rome Prejib. It was a lot of fun and some shit went down. Gangsta Jeff straight up killed the comp and that's that. When all was said and done we decided to team up with our friends from Bhappy and other compadres and had a good ole fashion hoe down on the dance floor. Enjoy.......

P.T.F Report 2.5 is here. This week we have two reports hence the .5. Once again we made the pilgrimage to Mt.Rose in search of early season snow. This time we were greeted by a foot of fresh snow, not bad for Nov. 4rth. 1 foot of fresh snow+ Party time Friends= Awesome!
